Summary: Popup with window preview for icon task manager can
randomly popup on touch devices and then it's
completely uncloseable and may cover huge screen areas

Screenshot showing the popup that cannot be closed on touch devices

SUMMARY

See screenshot, sometimes on touch plasma seems to imagine a non-existant mouse
cursor and just open up the giant window previews with no way to close them.
Tapping other areas of the screen will not close them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Use KDE on a touch device

OBSERVED RESULT

See screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT

No giant window previews when I didn't tap a taskbar icon just before. And when
I make them come up intentionally, they should go away once I tap somewhere
else on the screen. This doesn't seem to work reliably. I'm not aware of any
workaround, which seems to make this a relatively severe issue in terms of
practical impact.
