SUMMARY
Can reproduce on both Arch Linux and neon unstable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure the task manager is set to open a new window on middle-click
2. activate "Vaults" applet in the system tray and click on its "+ Create a new
vault..." button
3. middle-click on "Create a new vault" item in the task manager
OBSERVED RESULT
the notification seen in the attached screenshot appears
EXPECTED RESULT
no notification after the provided steps
