SUMMARY
If you are using "Plain Color" as your wallpaper and have plasma take the
accent color from your wallpaper (in Colors & Themes > Colors" it will use the
default color instead"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set your wallpaper type to "Plain Color" and set any color.
2. Go in Colors & Themes > Colors
3. Set the Accent color to be from the wallpaper
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma uses the default color.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma should use the color from your wallpaper.
