STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete a file.
2. Rename a file to the same name of the deleted file.
OBSERVED RESULT
The file moves to where the previous one with that name was, which likely means
that the system is storing names.
EXPECTED RESULT
Deleted files' names should not be stored, which would allow the file to remain
in its place.
