Krita is absent from "Open with" context menu.

SUMMARY

When I try to open images or Markdown files using the "Open with" context
menu, not only the application I want is _not_ displayed as a possibility, but
when changed, effects are not taken into account.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Okular and Krita
2. Open a folder with jpg and md files
3. Right-click on a jpg file to try and open it with krita
4. Krita is absent of the possible applications
5. Open the file's properties (for *.jpg and so on)
6. Open the "Change" for the "Open with" entry
7. Krita is here in 3rd position
8. Move it to 2nd position (up / apply)
9. The Krita entry comes back to 3rd position
10. The "Open with" context menu still does not display krita.

It's the same with md and Okular.

OBSERVED RESULT
- Krita is absent from the "open with" context menu for at least jpg and png
files
- Okular is absent from the "open with" context menu for md files

EXPECTED RESULT
*The opposite as "observed result".*
