SUMMARY
On some games, when you select the "windowed fullscreen" option, the panel
stays visible on top of them.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Path of Exile 2 or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge
2. Make sure they started in Windowed Fullscreen mode
3. Observe issue.
Seems like this doesn't happen with the most common DirectX + Proton setup. But
here we have a Vulkan + Proton game, and one Linux native game as examples.
