Randomly (but usually waking after sleep), all panels from the bottom bar stop
appearing. It is not possible to either open the kickoff menu or any settings
panels from the right with either keyboard or mouse. There is just a blue bar
on top of the kickoff button when the menu is supposed to be visible, but not
the menu itself.
I had no such issues with the previous KDE version (6.4)
I am running Wayland with a nVidia GPU on Manjaro.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wake computer from sleep or lock
2. Try to open any menu or panel setting from the bottom panel.

Nothing happens
