haruna sidebar choppy animations
SUMMARY
I'm testing on KDE Linux on KDE Plasma 6.6 dev, and I'm using wayland and a
nvidia 4060 card, and I've noticed that when I'm playing a video in Haruna and
I open the sidebar, the opening animation seems capped at 30hz and looks choppy
and laggy, but if I pause the video then the animation of the sidebar seems to
follow the refresh rate of my screen (144hz) and looks smooth
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play a video in Haruna
2. Open the sidebar
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
The sidebar animation is choppy and laggy and seems capped at 30hz
EXPECTED RESULT
The sidebar animation is smooth and follows the refresh rate of the screen
