SUMMARY
if I try to add a PNG image as a custom wallpaper, it is not added to the list
of available wallpapers. I can add an JPG image just fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click the desktop.
2. Choose Desktop & Wallpaper from the context menu.
3. Set the wallpaper type to Image.
4. Click the Add button to add a new image.
5. Choose a PNG image in the file picker.
6. Click Open.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The PNG image is added to the list of available wallpapers as it is when a JPG
image is selected. It would be nice if this image were also set as the active
wallpaper, but that's not essential.
