It's now December 2025. Version 23.08 has been unsupported by KDE for well over a year, and there have been 6 minor versions since then. Your distribution may not provide an updated version, but there is nothing that KDE can do about that - only your distribution can replace its own package with a newer version, or backport the fix from newer versions to the old one they insist on giving their users. Ask your distribution about doing so, not us - we've released a fix for this problem years ago.
