items in folder view widget should show full file name on hover/in tooltip.
i sometimes have several files starting with the same string, which appear
already truncated and thus indistinguishable in the folder view -- but even
when hovering, the name ist still truncated, rendering the information on hover
basically useless for my purposes.
i think, at least on hover the full name shall appear -- if the hover has room
for previews, the full name should fit even better (if necessary, break after X
chars, but do not truncate).
