me interacting with the global menu on plasma 6.5.4
The padding between the items in the global menu (File, Edit, View, etc)
disappeared immediately after updating to Plasma 6.5.4 from 6.5.3. Rebooting
did not fix it.
Hovering over it makes it come back for that specific item but then if you do
anything like move away the pointer or even click on the item it disappears
again, it's shown in the attached video. Not shown in the video is that the
"Search" item has just stopped working completely, if I click it nothing at all
happens.
