[Spectacle] [Bug 513128] The floating panel becomes non-floating when the Spectacle fullscreen overlay appears, causing the panel to be captured in the screenshot.

It still reproduces for me on openSUSE Krypton.
I’ll also test it on KDE Neon Unstable shortly to see if the issue appears
there as well.
