Some of the recent refactorings of the task manager had the side-effect of
disallowing the pinning code to access the url, so it passed "" as the url of
application to be pinned.
We need some kind of regression tests for features like these. The things that
are used on daily basis are different - we are the regression tests, but adding
and removing pinned tasks is something that is done rarely.
