http://download.kde.org/stable/umbrello/2.21.1/. If the bug persists feel free
to reopen this bug with an appended back trace.
Back traces could be created on windows by
1. download related umbrello *debug* package
2. unpack into umbrello installation dir
3. install drmingw from https://github.com/jrfonseca/drmingw/releases
4. install drmingw with drmingw -i
5. run umbrello
