SUMMARY
After system reboot, all icon moved to second monitor. (Now the icon positions
are no longer saved. All icons jump to the secondary screen after restarting
plasmashell.)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restart plasmashell
OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop icon moved to second screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop icons stay in the positions where the user placed them.
