Classification: Applications
Product: konsole

OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED

Target Milestone: ---
SUMMARY
Tabs are not remembered .
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Create a Root Shell and a few other tabs
3. Change the current working directory in each tab
4. Logout (or reboot)
5. Login again
OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole is restored on login, but the tabs are lost (only the default tab is
opened).
EXPECTED RESULT
On session restore, Konsole restores the tabs in the previous current directory
in each tab. The Root Shell tab starts a root shell (asks for the root
password).

KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Interestingly, this only happens with Wayland. When using X11, the Konsole
window is restored correctly, including all tabs that were open at logout.
