SUMMARY
I can select 'Settings - Configure Kmail' and still use the main menu, e.g. to
select 'File - New Message'. However, if in the 'Configure - Kmail' window' I
select 'Configure Completion' on the General tab, the main menu no longer
works.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. 'Settings - Configure Kmail'
2. In 'Configure - Kmail' window', select 'Configure Completion' on the General
tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
The main menu, e.g. 'File - New Message' doesn't work.
EXPECTED RESULT
Main menu should work.

Is there any reason why a first-level window doesn't inhibit the main menu, but
a second-level window does? I wanted to change some settings to see their
effect on File-New Message, and encountered this possible inconsistency.
