SUMMARY
Cannot DISABLE clipboard manager
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Run plasma 6 and set the clipboard history to 1 in a futile attempt to DISABLE
the clipboard manager.
OBSERVED RESULT
Clipboard manager is always actve
EXPECTED RESULT
Setting history to 1 should disable this supposed feature.
