SUMMARY
Graphics tablet stylus seems to have difficulty triggering the Start Button
(kickoff widget). In the beginning of every new session, I can't click to
trigger the Start Button with a stylus unless I repeatedly click on it for may
times (sometimes even that wouldn't work). And once triggered, I can click it
in the rest of the session.
I have tested this with Wacom/Huion/XP-Pen tablets and displays, both
linuxwacom and opentabletdriver, all failed to work. So it's hardware/driver
unrelated.
This issue existed since Plasma 6 came out, as far as I can remember.
Similar problem happens to the Apply Global Theme popup dialogue in
systemsettings.
