[plasmashell] [Bug 511276] In KDE Plasma 6.5, disabling the microphone through the system tray does not allow you to enable it with a keyboard shortcut; the keyboard shortcut only works if the microphone has not been disabled from the tray.

Same with right-click and "Force mute all input devices" - when this get
unchecked, the microphone is not unmuted, but we got a notification that's
unmuted.
