SUMMARY
Similar to bug 507530
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a folder named "áôãüà"
2. copy a video to the newly created folder
3. play the copied video with a player controllable via Media Player applet
4. while the video plays, click on the Media Player applet in the system tray
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can observe in the attached screenshot, the folder name is displayed
incorrectly
EXPECTED RESULT
the folder name is displayed correctly
