Scrolling the folder/file list in icon, compact or details modes scrolls the
window very slowly. All other applications scroll properly. For comparison,
opening /usr/share with Konqueror and scrolling with the mousewheel results in
a shift of 19 files / wheel roll while only 1.5 files are scrolled with each
roll in Dolphin. The same problem does not exist in Fedora 22 or earlier.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin to a directory with many entries.
2.Roll the mousewheel to navigate lower.
3.
Actual Results:
Around 1.5 filenames are scrolled with each mousewheel.
Expected Results:
At least 10 or more filenames should scroll.
