Add a Plugin or built-in Feature (that can be switched on) that adds
Possibility to process Audio in 1/1000 of Measure Second (i.e as
VEGAS/Audacity).
This can help to make more Videos that always base on Audio Perfection.
It is nice-to-have Feature, because this Audio Processing in these Cases are
viewed as Video+Audio, not only Audio, like Audacity can suggest.
