I could also reproduce it on Kinoite 42 and 43, but not on my regular Fedora KDE (42 before the upgrade) and 43 with Plasma 6.5.2. On Kinoite, I also saw this for the first created user, UID 1000, not for another with UID 1001. Finally, on the Kinoite user where I could reproduce this, there was a difference depending on which folder I pointed the widget to: when the widget is pointed to the custom location ~/Downloads (which then changes to 'Folder in sidebar' dropdown (or something similar, I am not using Plasma in English)), the bug reproduces.
