SUMMARY
When having multiple Dolphin windows on different activities and using this
setting it just opens the tab in the most recent activity instead of the one
where it was initiated from
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable setting create two activities
2. Open dolphin on activity one
2. Open dolphin on activity two
3. go to activity one and for example open use vscode to try to open a
containing folder
OBSERVED RESULT
Appends the tab to dolphin on activity two
EXPECTED RESULT
Append to where it came frame
