Screen-shot of the problem
SUMMARY
Wallpaper not covering the entire screen regardless of "positioning" choice.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Plasma desktop with wallpaper on.
2. Increase resolution on a screen (main screen of 3 in my case).
3. Observe the wallpaper.
OBSERVED RESULT
The wallpaper only covers the former resolution of the screen. Changing
wallpaper, or trying different positioning choices does not rectify the
problem. The right and bottom of the screen contains a black edge.
EXPECTED RESULT
The wallpaper is correctly scaled to follow the actual screen resolution.
