SUMMARY
When I have an application, which is currently inactive but still shows
tooltips upon hover on said applications this application suddenly focuses when
the tooltip shows. This is mainly a problem in Chatterino, as I have no found
any other application that does tooltips like Chatterino
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open chatterino and another application
2. Overlay the other application ontop of chatterino
3. Hover over an link, image or anything else that show tooltip
OBSERVED RESULT
Chatterino suddenly gets focused and the other application gets pushed to the
background.
EXPECTED RESULT
Chatterino should not get focused and the application which is currently active
should stay in front.
