The bug here is that NetworkManager is repeatedly connecting and disconnecting from the saved Wi-Fi network. Can you get logs from your system after reproducing this bug? You can either paste them into a comment or attach them as a text file. To get logs from NetworkManager for the current boot: sudo journalctl -b | rg NetworkManager This might produce a lot of output, if so it's better to attach this as a text file.
