SUMMARY
on my convertible laptop, the top screen full width panel breaks when i rotate
the device. it seems that it gets stuck at the short width it has in portrait
mode (see screenshot). all widgets in the top right corner become unclickable
after that, everything on the left works alright. i always have to restart
plasma to fix the issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set desktop panel to top
2. rotate screen
3. panel breaks
