Battery critical pop-up

SUMMARY
When both removable batteries are removed, Plasma shows a "Battery Critical"
warning even though the system is powered by AC.

I have a portable system equipped with two removable batteries. When both
batteries are removed but the system remains plugged into AC power, Plasma
incorrectly shows a pop-up warning:

Battery Critical (0% remaining). Please save your work.

This message shouldn’t appear in this situation, since the system is not in a
critical state — it is receiving stable power from AC.

It looks like PowerDevil interprets the absence of any detected battery as a 0%
charge condition, triggering the critical battery warning. However, if AC power
is present, no such warning should be displayed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug the system to AC power and insert both batteries
2. Remove both batteries
3. Warning pops-up saying battery in critical state

OBSERVED RESULT
See screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
No critical battery warning should be displayed if the system is powered by AC.
The message should only appear when the system is genuinely running out of
power.
