I just tested it, sending photos from the phone gallery to the computer via KDE Connect. Out of 58 attempts, 12 completed fine; the other 46 were missing a variable bottom section of the picture (replaced by a grey area). Some pictures transferred fine from the first attempt, others needed about 12 attempts before sending the complete file.
