Screenshot of Edit mode open, showing Digital clock widget has been selected in
the bottom panel and its popup menu appears visibly behind the wide
right-positioned panel, blurred as a result.
When entering edit mode, pop-up menus offering the ability to remove widgets or
open their configuration window hides behind other panels. Mouse input
interacts with other panel, not the pop-up menu. Doesn't seem like correct
behaviour. Screenshot attached.
