SUMMARY
Steps too cumbersome for Set window "Always on top"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Rightclick on titlebar to check "Always on top"
2. Option "Always on top" isn't visible
3. I have cumbersomely expand the menu to "More actions" to then find it.
OBSERVED RESULT
This important option is not reachable w/o more than 1 step.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Always on top" should have more priority in the dropdown list, before it comes
to "More actions"
