I have this problem on my pc and i always use plasma on it since i buy it (i install my arch like this, never install any other desktop environment just update, never install any custom theme just breeze). This problem appear 1 or 2 month ago (i don't remember precisely), i was hoping that it would be solve quickly (it's so obvious), after that plasma 6.5 will solve it.... never report it.... Elisa is the only app to have a problem.
