SUMMARY
Middle click seems to be pasting from the clipboard despite having the setting
toggled off in "General Behavior."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable "Middle-click: Pastes selected text" in System Settings
2. Restart
3. Check if middle click is pasting
4. Restart until it starts pasting again
OBSERVED RESULT
Middle click pastes despite being disabled in settings
EXPECTED RESULT
Middle click does not paste
