SUMMARY
Icons for applications do not show on primary monitor after restart. Icons on
secondary monitor do work. I can drag them around and create new files on
desktop but only on secondary. Icons and files reappear when "layout" is
changed to "desktop" and back to "folder view".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have primary monitor layout set to folder view.
2. Restart the machine and log in.
OBSERVED RESULT
Icons and files do not appear on the desktop on the primary monitor.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons and files show as before restarting.
