DND mode applies only to notifications, and not this popup which comes from the System Tray itself. When you say "the player leaves the full screen mode", do you mean that the panel and widget become visible? If so, that's not actually the player leaving full screen mode. Moreover, it's not clear to me what the problem is here. If you plug in a removable disk, surely it's because you intend to interact with it in some way, no? And if that's the case, then we figure that you do want to see the popup, because it provides a quick shortcut to interacting with it, no?
