Mute toggle hotkey video
SUMMARY
Microphone mute hotkey sometimes doesn't mute/unmute the microphone - it shows
only notification, but it does nothing with the microphone state.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mute the microphone without using hotkey (press the microphone icon in
Plasma or in pavucontrol to unmute and mute). Make sure the microphone is
finally muted.
1. Press microphone mute hotkey (Meta+Mute).
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification is visible, but microphone mute state is not changed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Microphone mute state is changed and it's the same as in notification.

KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pressing the microphone indicator in system tray works correctly, only keyboard
hotkey has issues.
I never experienced this issue in 6.4.5, so it's a regression.
