SUMMARY
Can't grab scrollbar with mouse cursor holding left mouse click in chat.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to chat
2. Use mouse cursor to grab scrollbar
OBSERVED RESULT
Fail to move scrollbar
EXPECTED RESULT
Move scrollbar by moving mouse while holding left mouse button.
