SUMMARY
2 Panels on desktop + 125% zoom -> large popups open with parts under the
bottom panel, making sections unclickable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create both a top and bottom panel
2. Install Libreoffice and open Libreoffice Writer
3. Go to tools -> options
4. Popup opens the bottom part under the bottom panel/taskbar.
OBSERVED RESULT
The popup opens the bottom part under the bottom panel/taskbar.
EXPECTED RESULT
The popup opens over and not under the taskbar or is small enough that it fits
between the two panels.
