[plasmashell] [Bug 511276] In KDE Plasma 6.5, disabling the microphone through the system tray does not allow you to enable it with a keyboard shortcut; the keyboard shortcut only works if the microphone has not been disabled from the tray.

I can reproduce this on Plasma built from git-master

Also, I saw that when I pressed the unmute keyboard shortcut in step 2, I saw
the OSD that the microphone was unmuted. The system tray icon, however, still
showed the checkbox next to the mic mute. The settings for Jitsi (in a web
browser) showed I still needed to provide access to my mic.
