Yes, I am indeed using Plasma 6.5 And the same issue persists, loud popping and crackling when I scroll the audio or increase the audio I can take another video, to show what I mean. I will experimenting with other Distros (which have KDE 6.5) to see if maybe it is some conflict on this current installation For the past long while, my temporary "workaround" , I Just disable audio feedback on volume change in "Configure Audio Controls" since it sounds so bad.
