SUMMARY
Basic file management in Kdialog would be nice and make it infinitely better
when you just need the quickest dirtiest move. It's something windows has made
me too used to and it's another thing I tripped on moving to linux.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to ctrl+X or see cut menu on files in Kdialog when opening from any
apps
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing
EXPECTED RESULT
It having all options to manipulate files, like Dolphin does
