A bug report needs to be a description of a problem. If it's instead phrased as
a proposed solution to a problem, then it's likely the solution will be
rejected because it's not suitable in some way, and the underlying problem will
remain present but without a bug report to track it.

Let's make this bug report about the problem you're seeing, not a particular
proposed solution for it.
