For example, search for "term".
Instead of "Konsole" being the top match (because "term" is a substring match
for "terminal" and anchored to the beginning of the string), the top results
for me are:

- Info Center
- System Monitor
- Welcome Center
- System Settings

- LibreOffice Writer
- Konsole
