Yes, the bug doesn't trigger on Wayland, but I'm not sure if that's meaningful for debugging - `vendorIsNvidia()` is not called at all when not running on Xorg: https://github.com/KDE/plasma-workspace/blob/v6.4.5/shell/panelview.cpp#L168.
