Sometimes (ehm, now) I am working on a project where most files were written
with clang autoformatting on but some were not. When I touch such a file, I get
a huge formatting commit. For that reason, I would like to be able to
disable/enable format on saving fast. Kate already has "Format on Typing" in
LSP Client > More options menu. It would be great if "Format on Save" (which is
now in options of LSP client, on the top) was added two.
