On some bootups, plasmashell will crash shortly after displaying the desktop
and panel, and will nearly always crash again upon restart. Curiously, this
doesn't happen on all bootups - on good bootups, plasmashell will keep running
first time.
This happens regardless of whether X11 or Wayland is used. This backtrace is
from X11.
The system is a fairly old KDE Neon install.
The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
