Changed from e-mail sub-mailbox Trash (under local folders) to Inbox, then attempted to open up tools drop down menu. Crash occurred exactly at this point. All windows on screen dissappeared and then re-appeared. The crash symbol (square sad face on launch bar) started this bug report. The red (ladybug) symbol did not appear as formerly had been the case for crash reports. I installed the prompted for debug s/w succwssfully this time (always failed previously).
